Apply the gel into your tray and wear for 30 minutes — while watching TV, relaxing, whatever suits you. 12 sessions total.
Results that last up to 2 years
After the first 6 sessions most patients see a noticeable difference. Spare gel tubes can be stored in the fridge for future top-ups.
