What is BiteSync™?
Many patients have straight teeth but still have a bite problem — where the upper jaw sits too far forward relative to the lower jaw. This is called a Class II malocclusion, commonly known as an overbite.
Traditionally, correcting this required surgery, tooth extractions, or bulky fixed appliances. BiteSync™ changes that — it's a discreet, comfortable system that attaches to your Spark clear aligners and uses gentle elastic force to guide your jaw into the correct position while your teeth are being straightened at the same time.

Occlusion Guide
A precision-moulded guide that fits over your upper aligner, positioning your jaw correctly as you bite down.
SideBar
A slim bar that attaches to the side of your aligner, anchoring the elastic and allowing free jaw movement.
Class II Elastics
Light, consistent elastic force gently guides the lower jaw forward — simultaneously as your aligners straighten your teeth.
Flexible by design. Dr. O'Kane can use the Occlusion Guide and SideBar independently or together, tailoring the system precisely to each patient's bite correction needs.
