Foods that stick on teeth

Having food stuck in your teeth is not only annoying. It is normal for food to get stuck in-between teeth but some edibles stick more than others.

Foods that are most problematic:

– Fruits like mangoes and pineapples and raw vegetables like broccoli and spinach

– Caramel and toffee sweets

– Popcorn and starchy bites like potato chips

Floss gently at least once a day and see the dentist for checkups.
